Another newbie here! (sorry for the dissapointment )....

I havent worn skates since i was 12 so i thought id give this a bash after finding out about the sport when i saw you all in the Sleaford Target (didnt know it existed!) Loved the whole look of it all and have L.O.V.E.D the training it so far.

Buying my pads and skates tommorow - YEEHAAAA!

right due to people getting knocks and sprains it makes sense if we all had ice packs so if everyone can buy an ice pack and one person can be responsible for bringing them each week frozen obviously! and names on please i ahve one i got from my chemist its a large one its 220mmx150mm and it was �4 and is heatable and freezable so bargain !

if you don't come to the session with all of your protective equipment as in helmet gum shield pads etc... then you will forfit part of the session as this is happening to frequently and as you know Roller Derby is a full contact sport SO REMEMBER IT!!
